Hi, I’m Dawnta.

Looking back, movement has quietly shaped my identity in so many ways.

I grew up in dance, where I first learned discipline and what it feels like to push toward something. In my mid to late twenties, I found movement again - this time through strength training, hiking, yoga, and eventually running in 2019. Running expanded my love for movement and challenged me to explore what I’m capable of.

 

Movement has always come to me with ease,
but what’s kept me engaged over the years is curiosity.

What happens if I remove this from my diet?
What happens if I lift heavier?
What happens if I slow down?
What happens if I push?

For the past decade, I’ve lived in that space - constantly curious about how to get better, how to refine, how to improve both physically and mentally.

I created this space as something I could pour into. Something I could build, grow, and evolve with over time. It’s a place to document the journey - not just mine, but the conversations, lessons, and stories that shape it. An archive of where I’ve been, what I’m learning, and who I’m becoming. And a space to welcome others into that process too.

This podcast grows as I grow. It reflects where I am in real time. I believe curiosity is one of the most powerful tools we have for growth.
