A podcast for runners who move with intention.
We champion runners by creating space for them to be seen as they pursue their goals, elevating both themselves and the culture of running along the way.
Have you ever looked at a strong, disciplined runner and wondered how they do it so consistently? It is rarely just talent. It' structure, intention, and the quiet commitment to keep showing up.
Too often, runners are reduced to pace times, race photos, or surface-level routines, but behind every strong performance is a deeper story. A mindset. A lifestyle. A series of decisions that shape who they are becoming.
Running is not just about finishing. It is about evolving.
That is where this podcast lives.

Meet the Host
Hi, Iâm Dawnta.
Looking back, movement has quietly shaped my identity in so many ways.
I grew up in dance, where I first learned discipline and what it feels like to push toward something. In my mid to late twenties, I found movement again - this time through strength training, hiking, yoga, and eventually running in 2019. Running expanded my love for movement and challenged me to explore what Iâm capable of.
